Business Challenge

A small process control equipment provider, due to growth, came to The WorkPlace Group®, (WPG) to explore solutions to its staffing needs. The company had a small HR department, the staff of which also handled the business’ hiring needs across all US locations. Being focused on cost containment and concerned over the ebbs and flows of their hiring needs, they did not want to establish an internal function and were not satisfied with contractors they employed in the past.

Solution

WPG proposed a remote support model, whereby a dedicated recruitment team serviced each of their locations from our headquarters. The service configuration included Multimethod-Multisource Candidate Acquisition™, Candidate Screening, Customized Candidate Assessments, and Hiring Process Management Services. Upon engagement, WPG standardized the hiring process, managed relationships with hiring managers, recruited candidates, assessed all candidates, and facilitated the candidate onboarding process.
